Track Your Order
Looking for your Prexvo shipment? Tracking becomes available after your order has been processed, submitted to fulfillment, and the carrier has issued a tracking number.
Fastest way to check
- Open your Prexvo order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
- Select the order status link in that email.
- When tracking is available, Shopify will show the carrier and tracking number on your order status page.
If you already have a tracking number
You can check carrier movement on 17TRACK by pasting your tracking number into their search box. Some carrier updates may take 24-72 hours to appear after the label is created.
If tracking is not available yet
Most orders need processing time before the carrier scan appears. If your order confirmation email does not show tracking yet, check again after the fulfillment window shown in your confirmation email.
